Dr. Mercidieu “Phil” Phillips is a transformational leader whose passion is to positively touch people’s lives and effect social change. He is a much sought after conference speaker and his worldwide ministry has made him an inspiration to millions. He is the Founder and senior pastor of Agape Christian Fellowship. Dr. Phil is the author of two books, Armed for the Journey and Divine Repairs. He has also written dozens of published articles on family, organizational development, and leadership. He has been involved in starting more than 50 new churches over the last 10 years. Dr. Phil is also an adjunct professor for Trinity International University and serves as the current president of Conquerors for Christ Youth Foundation. Dr. Phil holds a BA from Trinity International University, an MA from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, an M.Div (equivalency) and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bethel Seminary. Dr. Phil is married to Emma and they live in Lehigh Acres Florida with their two children, Jehiel and Hadassah.
