Madeline’s interest in business growth and development began during a college course on Networks, Crowds, and Markets. As a student with a background in social and personality psychology, she was intrigued by the different factors that motivate consumer behavior and engagement. A career in marketing was the perfect fusion of her passions for psychology, business, writing, and art.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New College of Florida in Sarasota, Madeline found her place working as an intern for Catalyst Collective. Since then, she has grown her skillset and tackled new projects and challenges to move from Content Strategist to Content Director to CMO to COO. In 2017, Madeline worked directly with Tom MacDonald to launch Catalyst’s sister company Momentum Creative, a full-service creative agency. She has been a key player in transitioning Catalyst and Momentum from a small local agency to a powerhouse of strategists and creators that partner with brands on national and international levels.

Madeline loves developing and managing her team to help them better serve Catalyst Collective and Momentum Creative’s client partners. In her free time, she enjoys creative writing, traveling, volunteering as a Florida Guardian ad Litem, and playing and hosting trivia.
